PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
One of the fundamental beliefs that the BMS community upholds is that in order to be better teachers, we must first work at being learners. Faculty and Staff at BMS participate in frequent professional development at the school, district, and national level - learning through our own experiences and the experiences of others. The continuous cycle of improvement begins with us!
